Take Me to Your Leader

My 11 year old daughter e-mailed me this question from her room upstairs.

How come a groundhog has a national holiday, but not me? Are we inferior to the rodent population with the groundhogs as their leader? I think they have brainwashed us to worship them and depend on their fore"shadowing" prediction. Are we that dumb? Anyway I was just wondering.

I don't know what is more disturbing, the fact that she has declared the groundhogs as the leaders of the free rodent world or that she emailed this from upstairs instead of just bringing it up in conversation. I guess she had to get it down while she was thinking about it.
